Credentialing

The Culture of Authenticity is more than a certificate issued upon the completion of a course of study. It’s an approach to learning. It’s a behavior. It's a way of being. It's a community. It’s a way of life.

Our credentialing program follows the same philosophy. The design is grounded by three key principles: 1) humility is the gateway to learning and cultural exchange; 2) DEAIB work is a lifetime commitment; and 3) anyone pledged to this commitment needs ongoing support from a community of people with similar goals. As fellows progress through our program, they will see the influence of these tenets in every aspect of their experience.

Our Approach

It’s literally a part of our core and purpose. Everything we do revolves around humility. It’s where we start, and where we finish.

Learning is a gradual, ongoing process. Our program is designed with scaffolds to build upon what you already know and increase that over time. We establish milestones. We have periodic check-ins and follow up with you to support you during your journey long after you’ve earned your credential. We don’t leave you hanging.

Standards are the foundation of the learning. They frame the content, define learning, and are a form of accountability.

Competencies accompany our standards and provide straightforward, unambiguous  expectations and learning outcomes. There is no guess work.

Accountability measures are embedded  in every aspect of our program.
